Job summary

Crocs, Inc. invites applications for a Retail Associate at our Genting Highlands store to deliver outstanding customer service, operate the POS system, and keep shelves stocked and visually appealing.

You will work with a diverse team, support promotions, maintain cleanliness, and rotate shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as part of a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate retail POS system.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to Crocs consumers using our CHARM service model.
Contribute to an enjoyable team environment and share ideas and concerns.
Lear n and assist in various store departments including service, product knowledge, placement, visuals, and stock room.
Support daily operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs and cleanliness.
Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs with sales-driven techniques.
Adhere to Asset Protection policies, inventory control and compliance procedures.
