Job summary

Crocs Footwear (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu is hiring a Store Manager to lead a team of store associates, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain visual standards across the shop floor.

You will develop talent, manage daily operations including POS usage, inventory and markdown processes, and collaborate with district managers and partners to uphold Crocs values.

Qualifications

• Possess at least STPM / A Level / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or above preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; preferably with previous Store Manager experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for empowering the team.
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the Crocs service model.
• Lead the store team in surpassing performance metrics including sales and service.
• Apply analytical thinking & company reporting to identify opportunities within store.
• Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment and operational standards.
• Coordinate, delegate and meet store deadlines with effective follow-up.
