Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total retail experience; Store Manager experience preferred.
• Leadership abilities with a drive to empower the team.
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills to connect with store team and partners.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and holidays.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to operate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service using Crocs service model.
• Lead store team to exceed sales and service metrics.
• Apply analytics and reporting to identify opportunities.
• Oversee visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and standards.
• Foster an inclusive environment and develop internal talent.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, with follow-up.
• Encourage idea-sharing while upholding Crocs values.
• Learn across departments: consumer service, product knowledge, visuals, stock room.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, housekeeping.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies and inventory controls.
