Job summary

O’Seeker Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is hiring a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, stocking, and distributing goods according to FIFO. You will move items, check quantities, and ensure correct storage locations while maintaining a clean, organized store area.

The role involves loading and unloading, operating the forklift, reporting faults, and assisting with stock checks. Experience in stock control and basic warehouse duties is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock control and warehouse duties.
• Ability to handle loading, unloading and packing processes.
• Familiarity with FIFO and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute finished goods and raw materials based on FIFO.
• Move and stock goods using hands, lifting gear or forklift.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, verify quantities and types.
• Help with picking, packing, and wrapping per customer orders.
• Relocate or re-stack items to create storage space.
• Maintain store area and keep forklift clean and charged.
• Report forklift faults to supervisor and assist with stock checks.

Job description

Receive, distribute finished goods and raw material based on FIFO concept, checking that the correct quantity and type of goods have been received

Move and stock goods, stock or machinery in surrounding area by using hands, lifting gear, tools or forklift

Load and unload goods into/from lorry or van, checking that the correct quantity and type of goods have been received from store

Help with picking, packing, stringing or wrapping finished goods based on customer's purchase order

Relocate or re-stack finished goods, raw material and packaging material to create empty storage space or empty rack for use

Ensure all items in store are kept in the right place or correct rack

Maintain the store area in clean condition daily

Maintain the forklift in clean condition and charge the battery every day

Report to supervisor whenever the forklift has any problem or is faulty

Help with stock check and update stock card when needed
