Job summary

Jasmine Food Corporation Sdn Bhd – Ipoh Branch is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and motivate the local sales team, drive targets, and execute merchandising and product plans.

The role requires 5+ years in FMCG, proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, willingness to travel, and strong interpersonal skills.

Working hours are weekdays with an attractive salary commensurate with experience, plus standard EPF/SOCSO/EIS benefits.

Today, Jasmine Food Corporation Sdn Bhd is the leading company in the distribution and marketing of rice in Malaysia with products including fragrant rice, basmathi rice, white rice (imported and local), specialty rice, brown rice, glutinous rice and rice vermicelli distributed through a comprehensive network of dealers nationwide, including high traffic hypermarkets and supermarkets, minimarkets and sundry shops.

District Sales Manager – Job Scope

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

Coach the team on sales, merchandising, and product execution

Monitor daily sales and team performance

Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities

Develop sales strategies and expand the local market

Monitor customer needs and market trends

Analyze competitor products and activities

Maintain good relationships with customers and local authorities

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Qualifications / Requirement:
District Sales Manager

More than 5 years working experience in FMCG industry

Required language(s) : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to plan and execute sales and marketing plan

Manage Sales Team and motivate to achieve targets

Possess a pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills

Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation whenever needed.

Working hours:

Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
