Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an HSE-focused professional in Malaysia to support the implementation of health, safety and environment policies. The role involves inspections, audits, KPI tracking, incident investigations and ISO documentation within a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment.

Based mainly at Menara SouthPoint, MidValley, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and robust safety practices across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OHSE or related disciplines is required.
• Strong knowledge of OHSE/HSE based on local laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage complex issues and work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

About The Team

The Operation teams at SPX Express covers the operational end‑to‑end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
