Job summary

Resolve Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Specification Manager to cover the Scotland and Northeast region. You will engage mainly with Architects and Contractors across Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Retail sectors, securing specifications for a broad range of washroom products.

The role involves value engineering, providing technical support, and delivering CPDs when necessary, with progression to handover to the BDM team upon specification closure.

• Secure specifications for our client’s washroom product range with Architects and Contractors.
• Pass secured projects to the BDM team to see them through to completion.
• Provide ongoing technical support and CPDs to support specification decisions.

Job description

Resolve are working with an established, UK Manufacturer of washroom solutions with over a century of history, to recruit a Specification Manager to join their team managing the Scotland and Northeast region.

This role will see you engaging dominantly with Architects, but also Contractors across the Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Retail sectors, at the beginning of projects, securing specifications for Our Clients range of products. This will involve value engineering to satisfy all parties, providing technical support throughout, and conducting CPDs when necessary.

When Specifications are secure, you will then pass projects along to your BDM team to manage to completion.

Our Client is seeking a driven, well managed sales professional from within the KBB and associated interior products sectors. You do not need to be an external sales professional, as this is a fantastic opportunity to take a step up in your career, but a technical / design biased understanding of the KBB or associated products sector is essential.

The successful applicant can expect a basic salary up to £45k, as well as Monthly Company Bonus averaging circa £4.5k per year, with top achievers earning £9k, as well as car allowance, expensed mileage and supporting package.
