Job summary

Resolve Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Specification Manager to cover the Scotland and Northeast region. You will engage mainly with Architects and Contractors across Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Retail sectors, securing specifications for a broad range of washroom products.

The role involves value engineering, providing technical support, and delivering CPDs when necessary, with progression to handover to the BDM team upon specification closure.

Qualifications

• Engage with Architects and Contractors at project inception to secure specifications.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle and deliver CPDs when needed.
• Value engineering to satisfy all parties and align on product specs.

Responsibilities

• Secure specifications for our client’s washroom product range with Architects and Contractors.
• Pass secured projects to the BDM team to see them through to completion.
• Provide ongoing technical support and CPDs to support specification decisions.
