Korea Chemical Co., Ltd., also known as KCC, and its subsidiary KCC Paints Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, is recruiting a Sales Specialist for the Southern region. The role focuses on industrial and waterproofing paints, driving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships with architects, consultants, developers and distributors.

The candidate will plan launches, analyze market data, manage campaigns and provide product presentations while working with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Qualifikationen

• SPM or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in a business-related field.
• Sales or engineering background will be of added advantage.
• Role requires to deal with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking clients.

• Plan and execute sales activities to meet targets.
• Analyze market results, share and profits and adjust plans.
• Develop relationships with architects, consultants, developers and customers.
• Present products and handle inquiries and objections.
• Coordinate product launches or exhibitions when needed.
• Prepare reports and provide timely market insights.
