You will travel within the region, present solutions, prepare proposals, and collaborate with the technical team to meet monthly and quarterly targets while advancing your sales career.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a B2B sales role within manufacturing/construction sectors.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent English and Malay communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients in building management, industrial, and commercial sectors.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of paint and waterproofing solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline.
• Collaborate with the technical team to support customers and address queries.
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads.
