Qualifications

• SPM or diploma in business or equivalent required.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred.
• Experience in sales, especially in project or dealer markets, is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is required.
• Able to meet deadlines and sales targets with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement new product launches or organize exhibitions as needed.
• Analyze sales results, market share and brand profits; adjust plans.
• Initiate product improvements based on customer needs and competitor actions.
• Organize sales campaigns, promos and incentives for customers.
• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and customer needs.
• Negotiate deals, handle complaints and close sales.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
