Job summary

Korea Chemical Co., Ltd., also known as KCC, via its Malaysia subsidiary KCC Paints Sdn Bhd, seeks a Sales Executive for Kuching (Project & Retail). The role focuses on planning launches, organizing exhibitions, analyzing sales results, and adjusting plans to maximize brand profits.

Strong communication and meeting monthly targets are essential. Candidates should have at least a diploma in engineering or business-related field, with 2 years in project and retail market sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial), Business related field or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in project and retail market sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new product launches or organize product exhibitions.
• Analyze sales results, market share and brand profits; adjust plans as needed.
• Initiate product improvements based on customer requirements and competitor actions.
• Plan and organize sales campaigns, promotional items or incentives for customers.
• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
• Develop business opportunities and nurture relationships with architects, consultants and developers.
• Prepare and conduct presentations to architects, consultants and developers as needed.
• Source and provide new potential projects information in the market.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
• Provide timely and accurate analysis and reports for decision making.
• Perform other duties as required by Management.

To initiate product improvement as dictated by changes in customer requirements and competitor action.

To plan and organize suitable sales campaign, promotional items, or incentives for the customers.

To conduct market research to identify selling possibility and evaluate customers needs.

To negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objection.

To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

To develop business opportunities and nurture relationship with architects, consultants and developers.,

To prepare and conduct presentation to architects, consultants and developers whenever deemed necessary.,

To source and provide new potential projects information in the market.,

To meet monthly sales targets.,

Handle customer’s enquiries and feedbacks.,

To perform other duties as required by the Management.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial), Business related field or equivalent.

Preferably Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/Project or equivalent.

2 years experience in project and retail market sales preferred.

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

Ability to meet assigned deadlines and sales target.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibilities.

Independent and able to multi-task and work under minimal daily supervision to accomplish objective.

Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all level of employees, Management and external agencies.
