KCC Paints Sdn Bhd, based in Selangor, is seeking a Sales Specialist for the Project-Construction Materials division to drive sales and build relationships with architects, consultants, and developers. The role emphasizes new product launches, exhibitions, and market analysis to grow market share.

The candidate should have a business-related qualification and be able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh grads are welcome, with 2 years in decorative paints advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have at least SPM or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business-related field or equivalent.
• Role requires dealing with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking clients.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; candidates with 2 years in decorative paint and coating, project and dealers market sales will have advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new product launches or organize product exhibitions as needed.
• Analyze sales results, market share, and brand profits and adjust plans accordingly.
• Initiate product improvements per customer requirements and competitor actions.
• Plan and organize sales campaigns, promotional items or incentives for customers.
• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and customer needs.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
• Develop business opportunities and nurture relationships with architects, consultants and developers.
• Prepare presentations for architects, consultants and developers as needed.
• Source and provide new potential project information in the market.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Provide timely and accurate analysis and reports for decision making.
• Perform other duties as required by Management.

Job Description:(Project Division)

To plan and implement new product launching or organize product exhibition whenever is necessary.

To analyze sales results, market share and brand profits and adjust plans where necessary.

To initiate product improvement as dictated by changes in customer requirements and competitor action.

To plan and organize suitable sales campaign, promotional items, or incentives for the customers.

To conduct market research to identify selling possibility and evaluate customers needs.

To negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objection.

To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

To develop business opportunities and nurture relationship with architects, consultants and developers.,

To prepare and conduct presentation to architects, consultants and developers whenever deemed necessary.,

To source and provide new potential projects information in the market.,

Handle customer’s enquiries and feedbacks.,

Provide timely and accurate analysis and reports for decision making.,

To perform other duties as required by the Management.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business related field or equivalent.

Role requires to deal with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking clients.

Preferably Executive specialized in Sales - Project or equivalent.

Fresh grad area encourage to apply, candidates with 2 years experience in decorative paint and coating, project and dealers market sales will be of added advantage.
