Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in talent sourcing, HR coordination, or recruitment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and ATS platforms.
• Solid Boolean search skills (AND, OR, NOT, quotes).
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.

Responsibilities

• CV sourcing and screening across platforms.
• Craft Boolean search strings to locate active and passive candidates.
• Build and tag candidate pipelines in the ATS for current and future roles.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Associate to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be identifying, reviewing, and evaluating candidate CVs/resumes across various platforms to build strong talent pipelines for our open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• CV Sourcing & Screening: Actively review inbound applications and search candidate databases (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal ATS) to identify qualified resumes matching role requirements.

• Boolean Searching: Craft precise Boolean search strings to uncover active and passive talent across various digital platforms and resume databases.

• Pipeline Building: Organize, shortlist, and tag top-tier CVs in the ATS to ensure a steady stream of candidates for current and future requisitions.

• Requirements Alignment: Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand technical skill sets, key qualifications, and job descriptions to refine candidate criteria.

• Initial Outreach: Conduct initial engagement messages to shortlisted candidates to gauge interest, request updated CVs, and schedule preliminary screens.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate tracking of candidate statuses, sourcing metrics, and resume profiles within our recruitment management systems.
