Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Preference for 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Preference for end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Human Resource Recruiter to join our Sourcing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with business leaders, influence hiring decisions, and contribute to building a high-performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to hiring.

Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities

Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates across various functions

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements

Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline

Preference minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

Preference experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems
