Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source potential candidates through online channels, plan interviews, and screen applicants using our ATS. You will build a proactive candidate network and oversee onboarding for assigned requisitions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in volume hiring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented mindset with stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
• Build a candidate network with proactive sourcing techniques and ongoing engagement.
• Oversees new-hire onboarding process for assigned requisitions.
• Develops innovative recruitment strategies to produce high-quality active and passive candidates and pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits, external audits, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with 2 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience specialising in volume hiring.
