Job description

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented recruiter to join our Talent

Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about connecting

people with opportunities, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is keen

to build a career in recruitment.

You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, work closely with hiring

managers and stakeholders and help deliver a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding stage.
• Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, HRBP, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support job posting, candidate pipeline management, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress when required.
• Support recruitment projects, employer branding activities, career fairs, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with recruitment systems, LinkedIn, job portals, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong command of English is required. Proficiency in Thai language is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
