Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) in Malaysia is seeking a driven Sourcing Associate to build pipelines, engage candidates, and support consultants in successful placements across SEA. You will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment and talent consulting in a fast-paced regional environment.

You will identify talent, arrange interviews, manage candidate data in ATS, and contribute to analytics, descriptions, and employer branding initiatives while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports.
• Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, and follow up with candidates.
• Ensure timely CV submissions and support consultants to achieve interview targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for long-term pipelines.
• Support employer branding via social media and recruitment campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for proactively building talent pipelines, recommending quality candidates, and supporting consultants in achieving successful placements. Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Interview Arrangement: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Recruitment Analytics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and analysing hiring trends.
• Administrative Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and following up with candidates.
• CV Submission & Closure Support: Ensure timely and quality CV submissions for active job openings while supporting consultants closely to achieve interview, placement, and closure targets.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and long-term talent pipeline development.
• Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns.
• Ad Hoc Support: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
