Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is launching a Recruitment Internship program designed for young professionals to gain a 360-degree view of the talent acquisition lifecycle. You will support end-to-end hiring processes while learning from industry leaders.

As a Recruitment Intern, you will develop skills in sourcing, candidate coordination, market research, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic Malaysian market. Bachelor Degree holders are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing & pipeline building using LinkedIn Recruiter and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases to identify, engage, and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for various industries.

• End-to-End Candidate Coordination: Manage the logistics of the hiring journey, including resume screening, scheduling interviews across different time zones, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

• Market Intelligence & Research: Support consultants by conducting market mapping and salary benchmarking to help Randstad’s clients stay competitive in the Malaysian talent market.
