Job summary

Hikvision Malaysia is seeking a technically skilled professional to manage all technical aspects during the sale of Hikvision products. You will demonstrate products, provide service and maintenance, and perform basic repairs and upgrades for customers in Malaysia.

You will also create and contribute to technical support guides and troubleshooting documentation to support the customer base. Fluency in English is required, with strong communication and customer service skills; internship

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems.
• Fluent written and spoken in English. Exceptional communication skills. Work well under pressure.
• Good communication and customer service skills and awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical aspects during the sale of Hikvision products.
• Provide products demo, service, maintenance, basic repairs and upgrades for all Hikvision customers in Malaysia.
• Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed.
