Teleperformance is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Malaysia to provide timely support via email and chat, handling inquiries with a consultative sales approach. The role emphasizes resolving issues on first contact while promoting product solutions and maintaining exceptional customer rapport.

Ideal candidates have a degree or diploma, English proficiency at B2 level, and at least 6 months in customer support; fresh graduates with relevant English-focused degrees are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
• B2 level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension).
• Minimum 6 months in customer support; fresh graduates with relevant English-related degrees welcome.

Responsabilités

• Field inbound calls and exhibit the correct sales and customer experience behaviors.
• Take a consultative approach to uncovering needs and form solutions for products/services.
• Offer resolution within our scope of support or guidance for paid solutions as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot client products to resolve each call the first time.
• Meet metrics such as First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score and New Sales.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a high-volume environment.
