Job summary

Hikvision Malaysia is seeking an experienced after-sales service engineer to provide timely troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV equipment for customers in Malaysia. You will record maintenance work online, compile reports, and use data to improve service delivery.

You will train engineers, support spare parts sourcing, and coordinate maintenance schedules while working under management guidance. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to liaise with Mandarin customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Solid knowledge in computer science or electronics.
Experience in electronic equipment maintenance and video surveillance or IT industry is preferred.
An ability to work under pressure; good verbal and written communication.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

Provide customers in Malaysia with timely and professional after sales trouble shooting work and equipment maintenance work.
Record maintenance work online and compile equipment maintenance reports.
Utilize maintenance data statistics to compile maintenance documents based on multiple cases.
Compile maintenance training materials and provide training to engineers.
Technical support of spare parts sourcing and maintenance schedule.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time based on company needs.
