Job summary

Hikvision Malaysia is seeking a technical support specialist to manage all technical aspects during distribution or project delivery, provide demos, service and upgrades, and contribute to support guides. The role includes training customers and users, managing projects, and handling other technical issues as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor or higher in CS/EC/Telecom/IS, fluent English, at least 2 years in technical support for security products, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least 2 years' experience in technical support with familiarity in security products.
• Solid knowledge in CS/electronics/telecommunications/information systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customer service focus.
• Experience in video surveillance or IT industry preferred.
• Willing to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical aspects during distribution or projects of Hikvision products.
• Provide product demos, service, maintenance, and upgrades for customers.
• Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and troubleshooting docs.
• Provide product and solution training for customers and users.
• Responsible for project management and project delivery.
• Handle other job related to technical issues.
