Job summary

Hager Group in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Support Executive based in Selangor to join the Sales and Marketing Team. The role focuses on technical support, training, business development and product development of Hager products.

You will deliver product trainings for external customers, prepare quotations and drawings, ensure Malaysian certifications, and support regional product management across Indonesia. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably electrical.
• Proven experience in technical roles, preferably in electrical industry.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Able to work across diverse cultures and with virtual teams.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update training content; conduct product trainings.
• Prepare quotations, bills of quantities, and shop drawings.
• Handle approvals and certifications with Malaysian authorities.
• Manage RMA processes and quality assurance data.
• Support product management across regional initiatives.
