Job summary

M-Link System (M) Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based IT product distributor, is seeking a Technical Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and train internal and external teams. The role requires a Diploma or higher in CS/IT and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong English communication.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with brand principals for pricing, and delivering demos, POC, and after-sales services.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years’ working experience in networking or server storage products.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

Attend to customer enquiries and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.
Prepare proposals and quotations within specified timeframes.
Liaise with Brand Principals for special pricing related to tenders or projects.
Update funnel reports and job sheets regularly.
Provide technical support and conduct product training for the internal sales team and external customers.
Offer pre- and post-sales support to customers when required.
Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POC), onsite seizing, and after-sales services.
