Job summary

Solarvest is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage inquiries, quotations, and ongoing client relationships in Johor Bahru. You will monitor solar PV performance, coordinate with technical teams, and prepare reports to ensure high service levels.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, are fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin as an added advantage for Mandarin-speaking clients. Strong MS Office skills and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in any field; Engineering background is a plus.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an added advantage for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Customer‑oriented, energetic and a good communicator; ability to work in a team.
• Capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Address customer enquiries promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional service levels.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of solar PV systems on a daily basis.
• Resolve product or service problems by understanding the customer’s complaint and providing the best solution.
• Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure continued business.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for acceptance.
• Prepare monthly performance reports of solar systems for customers.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to resolve project issues.
