Job summary

Solarvest in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, seeks a Project Engineer to oversee solar PV installation sites from survey through to commissioning. You will conduct site surveys, drive timely project delivery within budget, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning material purchases and subcontracting via ERP, coordinating sub-contractors, liaising with authorities/consultants, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Field: Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aviation).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site survey and engineering & optimization of solar PV system installation.
• Drive the solar PV system projects in timely manner and within budget, ensuring safety and quality.
• Plan and manage material purchase and subcontract via ERP system.
• Liaise and manage sub-contractors for their scope of works, schedules and workmanship quality.
• Work with internal and external parties such as TNB, consulting firms, local authorities licensing matters and documentation.
• Coordinate with related stakeholders to ensure project success and deliverables.
