Job summary

Solarvest (Vietnam) Company Limited is seeking a dynamic sales professional to develop and execute a strategic plan across Peninsular Malaysia and Sarawak, targeting commercial, industrial, and residential solar sectors. You will manage the full sales cycle, perform site assessments, and present tailored PV proposals to clients.

Ideal candidates have a degree in electrical engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel, with experience using Salesforce CRM and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, CRM and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
• Process-oriented with focus on efficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets across Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and other BU regions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential solar sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
• Conduct site assessments and present tailored solar PV proposals to clients.
• Manage CRM Salesforce to log, track, and update all lead activities and statuses.
