Job summary

PLUS XNERGY SERVICES SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic sales engineer to drive solar project and energy-saving product business development. You will lead client presentations, consult during BD stages, and ensure outstanding service to new and existing clients.

You will attend site surveys, provide the engineering team with feasibility data, and act as the brand ambassador, building post-project relationships to unlock future opportunities. Travel across Peninsular Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Passionate about renewable energy.
• Willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Be actively involved in solar project / energy saving products business development activities.
• Lead client presentation and consultancy during business development stages.
• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients, to ensure all enquiries are handled professionally.
• Attend site surveys to assess PV feasibility and provide info for system design.
• Act as brand ambassador and main contact throughout the project lifecycle to build trust and future opportunities.
• Develop client relationships and bridge between clients and company for quick issue resolution.
• Develop creative BD tactics for Malaysia's growing solar/energy-saving market.
• Execute marketing activities including sales kits, ads, exhibitions, roadshows and seminars.
• Undertake other duties as directed by Management.
