ALPHA SOLAR SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive sales-focused candidate to support business expansion in the Malaysian solar energy market. You will drive sales targets, engage customers, and present solar system solutions to prospects while coordinating from enquiry to installation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with travel as needed and the opportunity to contribute to market growth in a dynamic renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• Ambitious fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant working experience, particularly in the solar or renewable energy industry, will have an added advantage.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to present data clearly and concisely.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in additional languages (Mandarin), will be an advantage.
• Computer literate with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and deliver sales targets for solar energy solutions.
• Engage, educate, and present to prospective customers on NEM and solar system solutions.
• Identify potential customers, target markets, and business opportunities to support sales growth.
• Develop and execute initiatives to promote and market solar products and services.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales and project cycle, from enquiry to installation and handover.
