Job summary

PLUS XNERGY SERVICES SDN. BHD. is a Malaysia-based company delivering end-to-end solar project management and engineering design for commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

The role involves leading projects from engineering design through construction, testing and commissioning, and ensuring timely delivery and compliance with government approvals. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), with at least 3 years’ solar project execution

Qualifications

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years solar project execution as project engineer.
• Minimum 6 solar project life cycle leadership experience.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is a plus.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle; willing to travel West Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project execution from design to commissioning.
• Prepare project docs and government compliance paperwork.
• Coordinate procurement, site preparation, and construction supervision.
• Ensure HSE compliance and maintain project timelines.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and issue resolution.
