Job summary

Maybank is seeking an experienced SME Relationship Manager to originate and grow the SME Banking portfolio in Damansara/Petaling Jaya.

You will source new SME customers, conduct KYC and credit analysis, ensure timely loan processing, and maintain strong rapport with customers, branches, and local communities.

This role requires working with campaigns and stakeholders to achieve revenue growth and visiting customers regularly to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as SME Relationship Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, due diligence and credit analysis.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and grow portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Source new SME customers and grow SME Banking portfolio.
• Promote SME products through campaigns and maintain rapport with customers and branches.
• Ensure quality loan processing within turnaround time (TAT).
• Foster relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
