Job summary

Maybank in Tawau is seeking a Relationship Manager for SMEs to source new SME customers, grow the SME portfolio, and contribute to the bank's revenue growth within the SME segment. You will actively participate in campaign activities to promote SME products, build rapport with customers, branches, and stakeholders, perform KYC and credit analysis, and ensure timely processing of loan applications.

Additionally, you will foster relationships with local communities and maintain high asset quality

Qualifications

• Sourcing for new SME customers under the SME segment.
• Grow the SME portfolio and contribute to revenue growth.
• Participate in campaigns to promote SME products.
• Perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and due diligence on market and credit analysis.
• Ensure timely processing of loan applications within Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Build rapport with customers, branches and other stakeholders.
• Engage with local communities to strengthen relationships.
