Job summary

Maybank Kota Kinabalu is seeking a Relationship Manager for SME to source new SME customers and grow the SME portfolio within SME Banking. The role involves building and maintaining strong rapport with customers, branches, and other stakeholders while driving revenue growth for the sector.

You will participate in campaign activities promoting SME products, conduct KYC and credit analysis, ensure quality loan processing within TAT, and engage with local communities to strengthen the bank's

Responsibilities

• Sourcing for new SME customers under SME segment
• Grow the SME portfolio within SME Banking and contribute to revenue growth
• Actively participate in campaign activities to promote SME products and build rapport with customers, branches and stakeholders
• Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC), due diligence on market and credit analysis, and adhere to asset quality parameters
• Ensure quality processing of loan applications within stated Turnaround Time (TAT)
• Foster positive relationships with customers and initiate regular customer visits to build rapport
• Continuously engage with local communities in/within the business areas
