You will actively participate in promotional campaigns, build rapport with customers, branches, and stakeholders, and perform KYC and due diligence on market and credit analysis.

Responsible for timely, quality loan processing, maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to sector revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing for new SME customers under SME segment.
• Grow the SME portfolio and contribute to revenue growth.
• Participate in campaigns to promote SME products and maintain stakeholder rapport.
• Perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and due diligence on market and credit analyses.
• Ensure loan applications are processed with quality within Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, branches, and communities.
