Job summary

• Sourcing for new SME customers under SME segment.
• Grow the SME portfolio in SME Banking and contribute to sector revenue growth.
• Active participation in campaign activities to promote SME products and build rapport with customers, branches, and stakeholders.
• Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks and due diligence on market and credit analyses while upholding asset quality parameters.
• Ensure quality processing of loan applications within stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Foster positive relationships with customers and initiate regular customer visits to deepen rapport.
• Continuously engage with local communities within the business areas.
