Job summary

Maybank is seeking a Relationship Manager for SME (Maybank Karamunsing) to source new SME customers and grow the SME portfolio, contributing to revenue growth. You will actively participate in campaigns and build strong rapport with customers, branches and stakeholders.

You will conduct KYC and due diligence on market and credit analysis and ensure timely processing of loan applications, maintaining asset quality and relationships with local communities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing for new SME customers under SME segment.
• Grow the SME portfolio in SME Banking, contributing to the Sector’s revenue growth.
• Active participation in campaign activities to promote SME products and to build and maintain good rapport with customers, branches, and stakeholders.
• Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC), due diligence on market and credit analysis, and adhere to asset quality parameters at all times.
• Responsible for ensuring high-quality processing of loan applications within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Foster a positive relationship with customers and initiate regular customer visits to establish better rapport.
• Continuously establish and enhance relationships with local communities in the business areas.
