Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience as a Relationship Manager within SME/Business/Corporate Banking or other client-facing banking roles.
• Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop new SME client relationships, focusing on new-to-bank business and portfolio growth.
• Manage and deepen relationships with SME clients, understanding their business needs and identifying banking solutions.
• Drive business across loans/financing, deposits, FX and other banking products to meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal product and support teams to deliver suitable solutions while maintaining relationships.
