Alliance Bank in Malaysia is seeking an experienced relationship manager to oversee its SME portfolio. You will drive lending and deposit growth, retain quality customers, and coordinate with product specialists to expand usage of banking facilities such as trade, forex and cash management solutions.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a solid grasp of financial accounts and banking operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management.
• Basic understanding of financial accounts.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Banking know-how with credit knowledge is preferred.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsabilités

• To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
• To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
• To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
• To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
• To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
• To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to: Trade, Forex, Cash Management Solutions.
