Job summary

CK BUILDING SOLUTIONS SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor or Senior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities on building, civil, and infrastructure projects.

You will supervise site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and the project team, ensure work follows drawings and specifications, monitor safety and quality, and maintain site records. Travel to multiple project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Experience with main contractor is preferred.
• Experience in building, civil, structural or infrastructure works.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Able to coordinate subcontractors and workers.
• Good site coordination and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel and work at different project sites as required by the company.

• Assist the Project Manager / Site Manager in resolving site and construction issues.
• Ensure works are completed according to the required schedule and quality standards.

Job description

We are looking for Site Supervisor / Senior Site Supervisor to join our project team and oversee day-to-day construction activities for our building/civil construction projects.

Candidates will be considered for Site Supervisor or Senior Site Supervisor depending on their relevant experience, technical knowledge and ability to manage site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at site.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project team.

Monitor site progress according to the approved work programme.

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and construction requirements.

Monitor workmanship and quality of construction works.

Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractor activities.

Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications and site procedures.

Able to lead and guide Site Supervisors / Foremen.

Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Experience working with consultants and client representatives will be an advantage.

Willing to travel and work at different project sites as required by the company.

Qualifications

Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field will be an advantage.

Candidates with strong relevant construction experience may also be considered.
