Job summary

SBR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable Site Manager to oversee construction activities, ensure adherence to client standards, and drive progress against project schedules.

The role involves coordinating with clients and managing on-site teams to deliver quality outcomes. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Civil Engineering with at least five years in construction and are eligible to work in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Professional Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Full-time position for Malaysian nationals only.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction processes to conform with client’s standards and requirements.
• Implement department objectives, goals and procedures.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure project programs/schedules are on time.
• Liaise with client’s representatives and related parties on all aspects of construction activities and report back to management.
• Provide training of site staff and review all non-conformances.
