Job description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Building Construction Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our upcoming projects. You will be responsible for balancing high-level planning with ground-level execution, ensuring that our projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Lead the overall project planning phase, including resource allocation, budget estimation, procurement, and project scheduling.

Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, including site engineers, contractors, architects, and specialized consultants to ensure project objectives are met.

Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures against the budget, manage cash flow, and proactively mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, and stakeholders; provide regular progress reports and manage expectations.

Risk Mitigation: Identify potential site delays, safety hazards, or design conflicts early and implement effective contingency plans.

Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to local building codes, environmental standards, and rigorous occupational health and safety regulations.

Warehouse construction knowledge: Earthwork, Piling, sub-structure, super-structure, steel structure, steel roof/wall, infra-structure, CPC & CCC coordination

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

Experience: Mininum 10 years of proven experience in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

Strong understanding of contract administration (e.g Pan Contract) and procurement processes.

Core Competencies:

Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large, multidisciplinary teams.

Superior negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously.
