Job summary

Pembinaan Infrastruktur OKH Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & C&S Site Supervisor to join our project team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves hands-on supervision of infrastructure and Civil & Structural works on site, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications and safety standards.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer and subcontractors, read and interpret complex drawings, and ensure progress aligns with the programme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of site experience in infrastructure and/or C&S construction works.
• Experience with a main contractor is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand construction, structural and infrastructure drawings.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills on site.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin with management, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily infrastructure and Civil & Structural (C&S) works on site.
• Monitor works including earthworks, drainage, sewerage, roadworks, external infrastructure, reinforced concrete and structural works.
• Ensure construction works follow approved drawings, specifications and workmanship standards.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, subcontractors, consultants and other parties.
• Check site progress and align with construction programme.
• Identify site issues and reporting to project team promptly.
• Carry out site inspections and monitor subcontractor quality and productivity.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and ensure rectification works are completed.
• Monitor site safety, housekeeping and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in preparing daily site records, progress updates and site reports.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Infrastructure & C&S Site Supervisor to join our project team.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily infrastructure and Civil & Structural (C&S) works on site.

Monitor works including earthworks, drainage, sewerage, roadworks, external infrastructure, reinforced concrete and structural works.

Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and required workmanship standards.

Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, subcontractors, consultants and other relevant parties.

Check site progress and ensure works are carried out according to the construction programme.

Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies and coordination problems, and highlight them to the project team promptly.

Carry out site inspections and monitor subcontractors' work quality and productivity.

Coordinate inspections with consultants and ensure rectification works are completed accordingly.

Monitor site safety, housekeeping and compliance with project requirements.

Assist in preparing daily site records, progress updates and site reports when required.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience in infrastructure and/or C&S construction works.

Experience with a main contractor will be an advantage.

Able to read and understand construction, structural and infrastructure drawings.

Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and communicate effectively with subcontractors and the project team.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role requires coordination with Mandarin-speaking management, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Possess own transport.

Candidates who are available to join immediately or within short notice are highly preferred.
