Job summary

Lee Swee Construction & Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a site supervisor to prepare and maintain site diaries, checklists, and records. You will assist the Project Manager in coordinating site activities and trades, monitor progress, and ensure quality, safety, and specifications are met.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent, willingness to travel to different project sites, and good communication skills with

Job description

Prepare and maintain site documentation, including Site Diaries, Inspection Checklists, and other related records.

Assist the Project Manager/Site Superior in coordinating all site activities and construction trades.

Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

Coordinate and control the usage of construction materials, tools, equipment, and machinery.

Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and project team members.

About you

Possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification.

Willing to travel and work at different project sites.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
