Job summary

Sinar Widuri Sdn Bhd is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to supervise daily site activities and coordinate with project teams. The role involves ensuring construction work aligns with drawings, specs, and quality standards, and compiling daily and progress reports.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, have site experience, a valid driving licence, and are willing to work at multiple locations/sites as required by projects.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience at construction site is an advantage.
• Willing to work at multiple locations/sites and hold a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure progress per the project schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers on site matters.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors for smooth site operations.
• Identify site issues and propose practical solutions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and client requirements.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with all relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Prepare and submit daily site reports, work progress reports, technical submission and site documentation.

- Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.

- Identify site issues and propose practical solutions to avoid delays.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.

- Attend site meetings and coordinate with all relevant parties.

- Travel to site if required
