Job summary

Kitacon Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at multiple sites within Klang Valley. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and schedules, while coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate should have construction experience, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work independently across several sites. Willingness to travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure or construction works is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work at several construction sites and manage site activities.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and work schedule.
• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Check the quality of work and ensure proper construction methods are followed.
• Monitor site progress and report any issues to the Site Manager/Project Manager.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for site activities.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety requirements and company procedures.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress.
• Maintain daily site records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist the project team in solving site-related problems.
