Job summary

TH LANDMARK CRANE & BUILD SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on landed residential housing projects, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs, schedule and safety standards. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with main contractor and subcontractors, perform inspections, manage materials, and report delays.

Diploma or degree with 2 years' experience and ability to read drawings are required; own transport and Sendayan, Seremban work

This role involves supervising and monitoring daily construction activities on site, ensuring all works are conducted according to approved drawings and specifications. You will work on landed residential housing projects, managing construction teams and coordinating with relevant parties to maintain project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site

Schedule and delegate tasks to construction workers and subcontractors

Collaborate with relevant parties (workers, main contractor, subcontractor) to ensure all works are conducted as agreed

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications

Perform regular inspections on construction site to ensure the project stays on track with deadlines

Verify that work techniques are correct, safe, and meet quality workmanship standards

Report to superior, especially any discrepancies or potential delays in work

Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage for optimal efficiency

Attend site meetings with related parties as assigned

Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

About you

Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field

At least 2 years of experience in the construction field

Experience in landed residential housing projects is an added advantage

Able to read and interpret construction drawings

Strong knowledge of structural and building works, including foundation, RC works, brickwork, plastering, roofing, and finishing works

Good communication and negotiation skills

Good attitude with responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Possess own transport

Work location based in Sendayan, Seremban
