Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, safety regulations and QA.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with multitasking ability.
• Project management basics: scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders; professional interaction.
• CIDB Green Card or equivalent is essential.
• Qualifications in construction management or civil engineering are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities to meet schedules, budgets and quality specs.
• Supervise labourers, trades, and subcontractors with effective communication.
• Conduct daily site inspections and document progress and incidents.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental protocols across site operations.
• Monitor materials, equipment, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and stakeholders.
• Prepare site records and daily reports for compliance and audit purposes.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to prevent defects.
• Provide training and mentorship on safety and standards.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and contractual obligations.
