Job summary

CITI TRENCHLESS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our Penampang, Sabah construction team. This full-time role oversees daily site operations, manages site teams, and coordinates construction activities while upholding safety, quality, and budget standards.

The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in construction, strong leadership, excellent organisation, and the ability to solve problems under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor or similar in construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving capabilities and decision-making under pressure.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations, including resource allocation, scheduling and workflow management.
• Supervise and coordinate construction teams, ensuring adherence to project requirements and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain detailed site records, including timesheets, equipment logs, material deliveries and progress reports.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding progress and resolutions.
• Manage equipment and materials on site, ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to minimise delays and costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, permits and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and external service providers as needed.
