Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN KZ GROUP (M) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, lead diverse teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You will conduct toolbox meetings, inspect workmanship, coordinate with clients and management, and help manage site budgets while upholding high safety standards and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Proficient in reading drawings and project specifications.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Malay; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site per plans, specs, and safety regs.
• Direct workers, subcontractors and labourers to ensure efficiency and schedules.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote safety culture.
• Inspect workmanship and materials for quality and project requirements.
• Monitor progress and report completion status, addressing delays promptly.
